Sequence of Activities for 27 June

I guess we have not been keeping everyone informed of the activities of the actual day events, so I guess I'll just put it up for all who wish to see. :-)

The plan currently now is:

27th June 2008

8 - 9 am: Groom goes Bride's House

10 am: Bride reaches Groom's House

10 - 11:00pm: Tea Ceremony at Groom's Family

11:30 - 12:30pm: Tea Ceremony at Bride's Family

1:30 pm: All to proceed for ROM Ceremony at Orchard Hotel

2pm onwards: Buffet Lunch at Orchard Hotel

I hope lunch is not too late for everyone, we are planning this way as we have a few considerations,
  • HF needs to step into my house between 9 and 11 am
  • Our Justice of Peace is extremely popular is can only make it between 1:30 - 2pm
  • Cater for ample time for all to have fun without being too rushed
  • To treat everyone a nice lunch for taking the extra effort and time (skip school/leave/overseas) to be present on a weekday.
We are deciding if we should check into the hotel on Friday itself, as we do, then everyone can just pop into the room to hang around or rest before going out to enjoy your Friday evening.

Let me know in the comments for any feedback!

I think you don't have to check in on Friday lah. You will likely be occupied trying to prepare for Sat's banquet.

What's more, it's better to stay for 2 nights after the banquet so that you2 can have ample rest. It's definitely not shiok to be packing at by 12pm the next day to checkout.
